Job Overview:
As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth coordination of inbound, production, and outbound fruit logistics within our warehouse. Your primary focus will be providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure seamless operations.
Reporting Structure:
- Reporting: Supply chain manager
- Supervision: None
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of tasks.
- Facilitate communication between different warehouse teams.
- Assist and support drivers in their duties.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including creating production orders, stock control, and customer reporting.
- Generate fundamental reports and conduct basic analysis to support the supply chain manager.
- Contribute innovative ideas for process improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Aid in problem-solving and resolving operational gaps.
- Provide full support to the supply chain manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse logistics operations.
Skills Required:
- Preferred: University degree (non-mandatory)
- Mandatory: Proficiency in English
- Highly Valued: Proficiency in Dutch and Spanish
- Proficiency in the MS Office package
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch, and Spanish are a plus
Experience:
- Experience is not mandatory but a maximum of 2 years is preferred.
